Project Overview

TT Building is an 8-storey serviced apartment building located near BTS On Nut. The project was designed as a mixed-use building that combines office space, residential accommodation, and lifestyle facilities within one development. The first floor serves as the reception area and parking space. The second floor houses the offices of TT Group (1995) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, while floors 3–7 consist of 29 serviced apartment units. The penthouse, located across floors 7–8, provides more than 600 square metres of usable space. The eighth floor and rooftop area were designed as shared facilities for residents, including a swimming pool, sauna, fitness room, and organic rooftop garden. These facilities support a comfortable living environment and enhance the overall quality of urban lifestyle for residents.

Project Highlights

• The building façade was inspired by the owner’s passion for reading books, resulting in a distinctive architectural form that resembles an open book.
• A saltwater swimming pool and sauna area are located on the eighth floor to support residents’ relaxation and wellbeing.
• The rooftop was developed as an organic garden, adding green space and creating a more pleasant living environment.
• Solar panels were installed to generate part of the electricity used within the project.

Project Outcome

TT Building is a serviced apartment project on Sukhumvit Road that successfully integrates office space, residential units, and shared facilities within one building. The project reflects the company’s capability in delivering mixed-use developments that support working, living, and urban lifestyle needs in a well-connected city location.
